Ferry

A platform for researcher-defined data-donation projects. Researchers compose tasks; respondents fulfil them by donating slices of the GDPR data exports their platforms issue them. Extraction runs entirely in the respondent's browser, and only the data a respondent reviews and consents to ever leaves the device.

This deployment is an early proof of concept. It exists to prove the end-to-end shape works — authoring a project, issuing it to respondents, extracting in-browser, and delivering reviewed data to a destination. Many surfaces are intentionally minimal, several flows are stubbed or single-driver, and operational polish (administration, error recovery, observability, theming) is deliberately deferred. Expect rough edges; nothing here is a finished product.
